You Can Password Protect Word / Excel Files, How To?

Tip to Password protect your M.S. Word and M.S. Excel Files, (in case you use a shared computer) so no other user could access / reach or Alter them without your permission and this is also good for the sake of Privacy of your Word / Excel Documents.

After completing your Word or Excel Document, click 'SAVE AS' > Click on 'TOOLS' in the dialogue Box > Click on 'GENERAL OPTIONS' > Choose a PASSWORD to open this file (Note down the password or you could never open this saved documents) If you wish you also could choose to make it a READ ONLY file so it could not be altered or changed without your permission.
